I am CRAZY behind in posting photos, mainly due to being crazy busy with working on the condo, traveling, and freelancing. So here are 3 pizzas from June and July. Homemade crust, homegrown pesto sauce (basil, oregano, and tri-color sage), sauteed mushrooms, yellow bell peppers, zucchini and onions (from the farmers market), pecorino, and fresh cracked pepper.

Also, this was a Sunday night pizza, since the previous Friday we went out to see The Fault in Our Stars.

Homemade pizza dough topped with veggies from the grill: asparagus, onions and red peppers. Cheddar and pecorino. No clue what the sauce is, since I’m posting this from several weeks ago.

Homemade crust, a ragu of roasted tomatoes, asparagus and onions, bacon, cheddar, and fresh cracked pepper.

A Wednesday night pizza since I’m traveling Thursday-Sunday.

Homemade crust, horseradish cheese spread, roasted tomatoes in garlic and oil, and homemade pickled red onions.

Homemade crust, Ray’s homemade roasted red pepper BBQ sauce, sautéed onions and mushrooms, bacon, cheddar, and fresh cracked pepper.

Tonight’s pizza was totally made up of restaurant leftovers (with the exception of the crust and cheese). The leftovers are from dinner at Percy Street BBQ, in which we both ordered The Lockhart. That consists of Brisket, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Pinto Beans with Pork Belly, Collard Greens, German Potato Salad, and Coleslaw, all served family style.

This pizza features a homemade crust, pinto beans and pork belly with sauce, coleslaw featuring red cabbage, pulled pork, asiago and fresh cracked pepper.

Homemade crust, the final few tablespoons of Biscuit Head’s Bacon Marmalade, sweet potatoes and onions with thyme slowly cooked in bacon fat, asiago cheese and fresh cracked pepper.

I forgot to post this one from early April! It looks to be a homemade marinara with sauteed onions, ricotta, pecorino and fresh cracked pepper.

Pizza Night Fridays turned 2 today!
